Front yard, backyard & the pool area. This home in Glenmore Park recently received the whole All In One treatment. These homeowners were looking to update both of their yards as well as their pool area just in time for the Summer. Although there was a lot of the existing yards to remove, once it was cleared, the All In One team were ready to create these homeowners yards of their dreams. One that they can share with family & friends over the upcoming festive season.
This major front and back transformation included the following works thanks to the All In One team:
Backyard
- Removal and disposal of existing timber retaining wall
- Supply and installation of herron interlocking retaining wall and stairs including footings 600mm wide x 300mm deep using 25MPA concrete trench and trench mesh steel, herron interlocking blocks and caps, fill with blue metal, ag line drainage and back fill
Pool Area
- Removal and disposal of existing concrete slab
- Re-concrete new pool area with stencil/colour through concrete extending out to retaining wall at 100mm thick
- Colour, seal and saw cut concrete as needed
Frontyard
- Supply and installation of herron block retaining wall to front yard. Including walls to both sides of driveway
- Supply and installation of herron interlocking retaining wall and stairs including footings 600mm wide x 300mm deep using 25MPA concrete trench and trench mesh steel, herron interlocking blocks and caps, fill with blue metal, ag line drainage and back fill
- Installation of lighting to front wall
