At All In One Backyard Solutions, we're proud to regularly work in conjunction with some of Western Sydney's leading construction and development company's such as Astina Group. The Home On High apartment complex development in Penrith was yet another strong and successful project for our community. Home On High encompassed the ideal high-end apartment living opportunity in the heart of Penrith, ideal for owner occupiers or investors looking to capitalise on it's ideal location.
The team at All In One Backyard Solutions were appointed to design and construct all landscaping required for the apartment complex, in conjunction with Astina Group. Our team were responsible for delivering the following work for this high-end project:
- Block retaining walls
- Custom polished concrete floating bench seating with recess lights
- Sunken courtyard deck and feature staircase
- Communal outdoor BBQ area
- Concrete pathways and driveway
- Irrigation system throughout the complex
- Privacy screens and fencing
- Planting, turfing and mulch
As you can see in the project gallery below, the finished product was one that the All In One team we're proud to not only complete, but to be apart of. Another fantastic project to enhance not only the complex itself, but to improve the lifestyle of the occupiers. Merbau was a continual feature throughout the works, contributing to the elegant, finished look.
